The Chairman’s opening remarks welcomed all to the meeting and explained that its main purpose was to satisfy Rule 18.6. He briefly outlined the progress of the CLT to date.
The Founder Directors, Messrs Stainer, East, Thomas and McCurrach, all stood down at the end of the meeting and were re-elected unanimously.
The meeting closed at 7.40pm
